Discussion on Butch Davis and Roy Williams' Salaries

With Butch Davis doing so well on the football field and many schools looking to pick him off, the discussion of pay has come up. Currently, Davis makes about $2.2 million and he is likely to command much more soon. Williams currently makes about $2.6 million and as this article notes it is unlikely UNC would ever pay a football coach more than a basketball coach. Both Florida coaches make crazy money, so it might work out well that if Roy wins another title, it will justify a big raise along with Davis.
